Is your artwork framed?
All my original pastel artworks include a frame, the colour of which is indicated with each entry in my portfolio.
How do I pay for my artwork?
You can pay using PayPal, or credit card via Stripe. The options will appear when you access your shopping cart.
How will you package my artwork?
I use specialised foam-padded cardboard boxes for each artwork.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free in the UK.

How is my artwork delivered to me?
All my artwork is delivered by courier, usually Parcelforce.
How long before my artwork arrives?
I aim to get your artwork to you within 7 days but will keep you informed if I have problems with delivery times.
What if the artwork is damaged in transit?
If your packaging or painting is damaged please contact me immediately on 07813 733240.
Please take photos BEFORE opening the packaging and upon opening the packaging, to show me the damage ( if any ) to the artwork.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Please contact me first to discuss the reason you are unhappy and maybe we can come to an agreement. However you have 14 days to return your purchased artwork if you are not happy and I will refund your money. Read more about returns here.
How do I return my purchase?
The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged. Please ensure the painting is protected in the same manner as it was delivered. Return shipping cost is at your expense but if you have any concerns please contact me.
